Our seasoned chef serves you authentic Kaiseki-style Japanese food prepared with carefully chosen fresh seasonal ingredients
from the mountains and sea in the Izu region.
So, our menu changes every month. Further, the plates are carefully applied to add zest to the cuisine.
Breakfast and dinner are served only through room service. For these meals, we follow the traditional Ryokan style of dining.
